This volume collects two cases of the Gotham Special Crimes Unit. A second story focuses on an old case and unfinished business for disgraced detective Harvey Bullock.

This volume collects two separate cases of the Gotham Special Crimes Unit. Detective Renee Montoya investigates the disappearance of important evidence amid a gang war and travels to Keystone City in an attempt to unveil the truth about Officer Kelly's strange mutation.
